Robin has keen assessment skills, through her work with Bowen Technique and years of fitness experience and is able to assess postural problems and tailor your fitness program to help bring about better stability and encourage any postural imbalances back into equilibrium. She will motivate and encourage you and her workouts are both fun and challenging. With a serious approach to your sessions, you will find the results you have been looking for and enjoy every minute.
